You will work with brokers nationwide, generating and progressing quality enquiries while being supported by a well aligned underwriting and field sales team. This role suits someone who wants responsibility, clear targets, and visibility, without being stuck in a purely transactional call environment. You will be trusted to manage relationships properly and contribute directly to origination growth. Package & Benefits • Salary £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. • Commission structure linked to new business generation. • Annual bonus. • Private medical insurance and pension scheme. • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. • Office based or hybrid working model. About the Company You will be joining a specialist lender experiencing strong, well funded growth, with a differentiated market proposition and significant lending appetite. The culture is commercial, supportive, and collaborative, with close alignment between sales and credit to maximise conversion and broker experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage inbound and outbound broker relationships across the UK via telephone and digital channels. • Generate, qualify, and progress new bridging finance enquiries through the pipeline. • Support field based business development managers with account development and broker coverage. • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates to support reporting and forecasting. About You • Experience in bridging finance or specialist lending sales, either telephone based or relationship driven. • Proven ability to generate and progress enquiries through broker conversations. • Experience working to targets within a structured sales or origination environment.
