We're seeking someone to join our team as a Creative Solutions Manager to service the marketing and communications needs of the Firm from our NY office.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. What you'll do in the role:
- Partner closely with internal clients to ensure creative briefs are developed to achieve business and marketing objectives
- Work directly with project managers and designers to ensure projects are delivered in scope, on time and on budget
- Serve as point of escalation for internal clients interfacing with vendor creative team
- Engage in proactive planning with internal clients and vendor team, looking for opportunities to exceed expectations and evolve our services
- Collaborate with global Creative leadership, operations and project management teams to share best practices, performance metrics and develop case studies articulating business impact
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to actively seek performance feedback on both process and work product, and provide that feedback to vendor partner to support a culture of continuous improvement
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of current marketing, communications and advertising trends and best practices
- Sharp oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Well-honed leadership, analytical and decision-making ability
- Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
- Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience in Canva and Figma slides also beneficial
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 5 years' relevant experience at an agency or client in Financial Services, Technology or Professional Services
- Excellent client engagement skills to build and develop relationships with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution ability
- Knowledge of current marketing and communications trends and best practices
- Organized, with a high level of detail needed to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to swiftly changing priorities
- Demonstrable business acumen and understanding of business sales processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience in Canva and Figma slides also beneficial
- Knowledge of vendor management/outsourcing a plus

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
