When you join our team, you’ll benefit from:* Competitive salary (£27,000–£32,000) with an annual performance-based bonus* 30 days’ holiday (rising to 35 days over time)* Strong job security within a financially stable and growing organisation* A supportive work environment, including a critical injury protection scheme* A friendly, inclusive, and collaborative team culture* Clear pathways for career development across our diverse business**Key Responsibilities*** Ensure compliance with internal SLAs and industry regulations* Produce daily and weekly migration readiness and status reports for internal and external stakeholders* Investigate anomalies in data, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures* Analyse complex data sets to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting and billing* Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners* Provide customer-focused service while maintaining a commercially aware approach* Use Microsoft Office tools—particularly Excel—for data analysis, management, and reporting**What We’re Looking For*** Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail* Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and other Microsoft Office applications* Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement* Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising on accuracy* Customer-first attitude with a good grasp of commercial drivers* Familiarity with industry regulations and data handling standards (desirable)**About Energy Assets**

We are looking for a detail-focused and collaborative **MHHS Data Analyst** to join our team. This role is central to the success of Energy Assets’ Migration activities under the Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) Programme. Reporting to the Industry Technical Lead and working closely with the MHHS Project Manager, you will monitor migration performance, interpret reporting outputs, engage with customers, and help resolve data-related issues.### MHHS Data Analyst* **Salary**
