Permanent Role Overview
We're hiring a Cloud DevOps Lead to drive cloud and DevOps initiatives as the platform continues to scale. This is a leadership‑focused, hands‑on role responsible for shaping cloud operations, improving automation, and embedding best practices across teams. You'll play a key role in modernising infrastructure while mentoring engineers and influencing how DevOps is done across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices Improve automation, workflows, and deployment processes Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies Drive best practices across cloud security and compliance Required Experience
Proven experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles Strong hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Bash) Hands‑on use of IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Nice to Have
Experience working in Agile environments Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK) Good understanding of networking and cloud security Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers If you're a Cloud DevOps professional ready to step into a leadership role and shape how cloud platforms scale, this is a strong long‑term opportunity.
