About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven
Field Sales Representative
to promote and sell innovative
Point of Sale (POS) systems
to businesses across your assigned territory. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a field environment and enjoys closing deals.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with merchants by offering tailored POS and payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, door‑to‑door visits, and referrals
Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and consultations with business owners
Sell POS systems, payment solutions, and value-added services
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Accurately update CRM systems with activity and sales data
Represent the company professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in
field sales ,
B2B sales , or
payments/POS sales
(preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, resilient, and target‑driven
Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role
Full UK driving licence (if applicable)
