Duties

- Manage profit & loss statements, analyze financial data, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and client base
- Coordinate project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational performance
- Oversee sales activities, set targets, and support the sales team in achieving their objectives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term strategies aligned with organizational vision

- Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities
- Expertise in strategic planning and business development
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively
- Strong understanding of profit & loss management and financial analysis
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
