About

In this role, you'll be the person who shapes each student's experience with Elevated Learning Academy. When families think of us, they'll remember the impact you had on their child's success.

That's why it's imperative that you embody our values — Competitive Greatness, Unimpeachable Character, and Relentless Improvement. Tutors are expected to reflect after every session, analyze what worked and what didn't, and make deliberate adjustments to improve their instruction. At Elevated Learning Academy, you don't just teach content — you represent our brand and take ownership of leaving every student measurably better than how you found them.

You will deliver a white-glove experience to every family by intentionally preparing before each session, executing structured, focused instruction during sessions, and reflecting afterward to determine how the next session can be improved. This is a relationship-driven role, not a transactional one. Tutors who prefer to simply show up and teach without reflection, follow-up, or accountability will not succeed here.

At Elevated Learning Academy, tutors by delivering measurable impact and continuously improving. All start as Associate Tutors, focusing on structured lessons, reflection, and professional communication. High performers advance to Performance Tutor, gaining autonomy and mentoring others, then to Lead Tutor, taking on leadership and curriculum influence, with the future Tutor Coach role expanding impact further. Advancement is earned through results, professionalism, and commitment to improvement (not tenure) aligning tutor growth with student success.

We are looking for individuals who are obsessed with sharpening their skills, thrive on challenge, and thrive in an environment surrounded by other high-performing, like-minded educators
