Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors onsite and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Assist with coordinating visitor flow during busy moments.
• Support the team by preparing basic materials for daily activities or meetings.
• Provide general information to visitors in a friendly, approachable manner.
