Overview:
Horizon Powered is seeking an experienced and driven Wireless Sales Manager to lead our retail team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help grow our wireless services division. The ideal candidate has strong leadership ability, retail or wireless sales experience, and a passion for technology. This role requires someone who can operate independently and perform under pressure, as the CEO maintains very high standards and expects strong accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily store operations and staff workflow.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members.
- Develop and execute sales strategies including merchandising, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and POS transactions with accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor retail performance metrics including sales targets, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Handle payroll submission, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic financial administration.
- Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to grow and retain the customer base.
- Oversee staff scheduling, shift management, and resource planning.
- Provide excellent in-store and phone customer service while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
- Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or wireless sales preferred.
- Strong skills in recruiting, interviewing, training, and staff development.
- Knowledge of retail math, merchandising, POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in purchasing, marketing, budgeting, and bookkeeping is beneficial.
- Passion for wireless technology and customer experience.
- Ability to work under demanding expectations and deliver consistent performance.

Pay: $80, $95,000.00 per year
