Apprentice Plumber

Frontier Plumbing is expanding We have an immediate opening for a motivated Apprentice Plumber to learn the plumbing trade.

Assists Plumber in: installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes. Cuts and threads pipe, using pipe cutters, and pipe-threading machine. Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes using hand tools and power tools. Joins pipes, fills pipe system with water or air and reads pressure gauges to determine whether system is leaking. Installs plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposal units, etc.

Must have valid driver license with clean driving record.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. Repetitive bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, walking, pushing and lifting up to 70 lbs. are essential job functions
