Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture, along with proven supervisory skills. This role involves overseeing daily operations of landscape projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Landscape Supervisor will play a key role in managing crew members, coordinating tasks, and delivering exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care activities
- Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, including construction and tree care tasks
- Assign daily tasks to crew members based on project requirements and skill levels
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry best practices
- Perform quality checks on completed work to meet client expectations
- Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills in horticulture, maintenance, and construction
- Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project progress and any issues that arise
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture
- Supervising or leadership experience within a landscaping or construction environment
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general horticulture practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license for transportation between job sites
- Ability to obtain a health card
- Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
