Landscape Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture, along with proven supervisory skills. This role involves overseeing daily operations of landscape projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Landscape Supervisor will play a key role in managing crew members, coordinating tasks, and delivering exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care activities
• Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, including construction and tree care tasks
• Assign daily tasks to crew members based on project requirements and skill levels
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry best practices
• Perform quality checks on completed work to meet client expectations
• Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills in horticulture, maintenance, and construction
• Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project progress and any issues that arise

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture
• Supervising or leadership experience within a landscaping or construction environment
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general horticulture practices
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Valid driver's license for transportation between job sites
• Ability to obtain a health card
• Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
