Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage our Warehouse Presorting Operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee Daily Pre-sorting activities and many other warehouse activities. Your leadership will drive process improvements, uphold safety standards, and foster a team environment.

Duties

• Supervise daily warehouse Pre-Sorting activities including printing pre-sort labels, shipping, receiving, materials handling with fork lifts, and order fulfillment. You will work closely with Sales Staff to ensure that all orders go out the Door on Time.
• Help with Loading Delivery Vans and unloading Semi's
• Run the Pallet Wrapping Machine to wrap all finished orders
• Oversee Frozen and Baked Sample shipping to clients and prospects
• Oversee Warehouse Cycle Counting and also Organization and Storage planning
• Assist with Delivery Vehicles Cleaning and Maintenance
• Lead a small team of warehouse staff, and train them on equipment operation (including forklift use), and best practices in warehouse management.
• Implement process improvements to enhance workflow, reduce errors, and increase productivity across all warehouse functions.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Currently this role does not manage any inventory Levels or inventory ordering but that is a role that could be added in the future.

Requirements

• Willing to Learn and receive instruction from Management and Sales Staff
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts and mechanical equipment; forklift certification is preferred.
• Understanding of safety standards and best practices for workplace safety in warehousing environments.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a productive work culture.

Pay: $45, $56,000.00 per year
