About the Role:
As an SLP, you will evaluate, plan, and provide patient-centered care in accordance with prescribed treatment plans. You will help residents restore function, prevent disability, and achieve their highest potential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting speech and language evaluations and developing individualized care plans
• Administering prescribed treatment modalities to support resident recovery
• Supervising and delegating tasks to support staff, such as OT/PT aides
• Participating in performance improvement, CQI activities, and operational functions of the department
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation and patient charge submissions
• Adhering to infection control, safety, and departmental equipment protocols

Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Georgia
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
