Location: Snowmass Club | Snowmass Village, CO
Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager & F&B Director
Supervises: None
Are you passionate about craft cocktails, exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences? Snowmass Club is looking for a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages, deliver exceptional hospitality, and enrich the dining experience for our members and guests.

Leadership
Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
Mix, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards
Create drinks ordered by servers and guests following approved recipes
Maintain accurate records of liquors, beer, wine, and supplies to ensure stock levels
Follow all alcohol service laws and club policies; notify a manager if service should be discontinued to a guest
Prepare the bar before each shift and ensure supplies are stocked and organized
Assist in developing creative cocktail menus for all SMC outlets
Maintain a clean, sanitary bar area and ensure proper equipment care
Reset and clean tables as needed throughout the shift
Properly store, label, date, and rotate all food items to maintain safety standards
Know required procedures during emergency situations
Bus tables in the dining room when needed
Seat guests in the absence of a host
Deliver drinks to members in the dining room
Attend staff meetings, pre-shift lineups, and required training
Stay informed about daily operations, events, and hours
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred
2 years of bartending or similar experience preferred
Alcohol beverage certification preferred
Food safety certification preferred
Must be of legal age to prepare and serve alcohol
Stand for long periods; walk, climb stairs, bend, kneel, twist, and reach
Push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent repetitive motions
Work in hot, humid, and noisy environments
