Controller

Job Summary:
ABC Imaging is seeking an experienced on-site and strategic Controller to oversee our company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, compliance, and team leadership, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and fixed assets

-Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

-Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

-Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets

-Manage audit relationships and coordinate external audits

-Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

-Supervise and mentor accounting staff

-Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred

-Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader

-Experience with forensic accounting is a PLUS

-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and internal controls

-Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
