About

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial and industrial electrical projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate has strong electrical contracting experience, solid project management skills, and the ability to manage estimating, scheduling, and field coordination. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage electrical projects from pre-construction through final installation
  • Prepare detailed project estimates including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation to develop accurate plans
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, resolving issues as they arise
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Provide leadership and support to on-site teams to ensure quality and timely completion
  • Prepare project reports and maintain documentation for management and stakeholders
  • Support design or design-build efforts and work closely with engineering teams when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial electrical contracting
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry codes
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with project management and estimating software
