We're currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role is responsible for supporting the company's recruiting and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure all recruiting and hiring activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Utilize a range of recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, print, and radio, to attract qualified applicants
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting fair and effective applicant screenings and interviews
  • Ensure clear communication of job requirements and expectations to facilitate successful candidate sourcing
  • Develop and update job descriptions as needed
  • Represent the company at community and industry job fairs, as appropriate
  • Assist with job requisition processes and background check verifications for potential hires
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

What You Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a previous experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations related to employee data management is preferred
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks using required software to maintain records, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers
