Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and identify potential hazards or inebriated guests.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or assist with investigations.
• Handle conflict management situations professionally, de-escalating disputes and maintaining order on-site.
• Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with emergency responders or law enforcement.
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond swiftly in various situations.
