B&B Theatres is on the hunt for a high-energy, movie-loving superstar to step into the spotlight as our new Part-Time Shift Lead

As a Shift Lead, you're not just an employee—you're the Captain of the Crew during your shifts You'll be the backbone of the operation, making sure the show goes off without a hitch

• Lead the Dream Team: You'll guide our awesome frontline cast, pump up the positive vibes, and make sure everyone delivers top-notch service with a smile and efficiency.
• The Go-To Superstar: When the Managers are out getting popcorn refills, you're the main event You'll oversee daily operations, tackle any plot twists (challenges) that pop up, and keep the movie magic flowing.

Heads up This star role requires regular opening and/or closing availability, including the prime-time slots of weekends and holidays—because the movies never sleep

What You'll Be Doing (The Action Sequence)

• Lead & Inspire: Coach the crew, inject a positive vibe into every shift, and help train the next generation of movie stars.
• Guest Champion: Be the ultimate host Ensure every guest leaves saying, "That was amazing" Handle inquiries, solve puzzles, and resolve issues with the grace of a red-carpet celebrity.
• Smooth Operator: Master the Box Office and Concessions, handle cash like a pro, and keep the lines moving so everyone gets their popcorn fast
• Keep it Sparkling: Maintain a spotless theatre (think Oscar-worthy cleanliness) and follow all safety protocols to keep our team and guests safe.

Who We're Looking For (Your Casting Call)

• 18 or older with a naturally positive, proactive, "can-do" attitude
• Available for those all-important regular opening/closing shifts, especially weekends and holidays.
• A customer service superstar with fantastic communication skills (you can talk to anyone).
• A natural-born leader who loves teamwork and seeing their crew succeed.
• Reliable transportation is a must (Bonus Scene: If you can run quick errands and have current vehicle insurance, that's a HUGE plus)
