Direct Support Professional

Schedule:

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. DSPs assist clients with daily living skills, community integration, personal care, and promoting independence while ensuring safety and respect at all times.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting clients with daily tasks (meals, hygiene, household chores)
• Providing companionship and positive engagement
• Supporting behavior plans and completing required documentation
• Transporting clients to appointments and community outings
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and required trainings
• At least two (2) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Reliable, patient, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
