Construction Carpenter/Laborer

Job Summary
East Coast Construction Group, Inc. (ECCG), headquartered in Leominster, MA, is a growing leader in metal wall panel fabrication and architectural sheet metal installation throughout New England. Established in 2011 by skilled European craftsmen, we pride ourselves on superior workmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail.

We are looking for skilled Carpenters/Installers to join our expanding team for a variety of commercial and residential projects across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine. This is a full-time role offering pay based on experience and skill level.

Primary Duties

• Install ACM panels, Nichiha siding systems, and various types of metal wall panels
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and project specifications
• Operate hand tools and power tools properly and safely
• Deliver consistent, high-quality craftsmanship and meet project timelines
• Travel to job sites throughout New England (hotel accommodations provided by ECCG)

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of carpentry or related installation experience
• Experience working with ACM, Nichiha, and metal wall panel systems
• Must have a tool belt, personal hand tools, power tools, skill saw, and dependable transportation
• OSHA 10 certification required (additional certifications are a plus)
• Must be able to travel and stay overnight when projects require it
