Construction Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Primavera P6 Scheduling Software, and a solid understanding of project scheduling, plan reading, and contract administration. This role involves managing multiple client relationships, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining safety and quality standards across all phases of construction and maintaining project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Read and interpret plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and contracts to ensure financial efficiency.
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
• Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-specific software for project management tasks.
• Monitor project progress regularly and implement corrective actions as needed to address delays or issues.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management required. Heavy civil experience a plus.
• BS in Construction Management or similar preferred.
• Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
• Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and schematics interpretation.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and cost control measures.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate complex construction activities.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance on construction sites.
• Relevant educational background in Construction Management or related field; certifications such as PMP are a plus.

Pay: $120, $150,000.00 per year
