Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our dynamic warehouse environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient inventory management, team performance, and adherence to safety standards, contributing to the overall productivity and success of our logistics operations.
Duties
Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Manage inventory control, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain precise records using warehouse management systems.
Enforce health and safety protocols, including compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, to foster a secure working environment.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, implement continuous improvements, and support overall supply chain objectives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proven knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g., ERP software such as Acumatica or Sage) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with barcode scanning and multi bin location systems.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, including prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with inventory control practices, forklift operation (certification preferred), and safety regulations.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed.
