With a team of over 300 professionals and annual revenue exceeding $85 million, we are committed to driving growth, innovation, and value for our clients and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, including revenue projections, expense tracking, and cash flow modeling for real estate projects and service lines.
  • Analyze financial performance across business units, identifying variances, trends, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics such as ROI, occupancy rates, and portfolio valuations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, brokerage, and property management) to gather data and provide insights on project feasibility, market conditions, and investment returns.
  • Support the annual budgeting process, including consolidation of inputs from regional offices and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, such as market benchmarking, competitor assessments, and sensitivity testing for real estate acquisitions or dispositions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems, utilizing tools like Excel, ERP software, or BI platforms.
  • Assist in compliance and risk management by monitoring financial controls and contributing to audit preparations.

What You'll Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA candidacy is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in commercial real estate, investment management, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros); experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR) and market trends in Texas and the Southeast is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of one of the fastest-growing full-service commercial real estate firms in Texas, backed by an integrated platform spanning Investments, Development, Brokerage, and Property Management.
  • Gain access to a diverse suite of institutional-quality investment offerings through Partners Capital.
  • Collaborate with a driven, high-performance team that values integrity, teamwork, and long-term partnerships.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
