Director Program Management

In this role, the Director of Program Management acts as a strategic integrator across functions, shaping long-term direction and ensuring disciplined execution through strong program oversight. The position leads complex, cross-functional initiatives, aligns programs with portfolio and organisational priorities, manages financial and resource planning, and provides concise, executive-level visibility into program performance.

What You'll Do

• Integrate
  project and program objectives with company and portfolio strategy, shaping long-term roadmaps and ensuring resource and operational alignment across departments.
• Lead and develop a team of project management professionals through direct coaching, guidance, and support.
• Cultivate strong partnerships across Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial to achieve program objectives.
• Drive the on-time delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
• Promote consistency in delivery practices, tools, methodologies, and KPIs across the program portfolio.

Requirements

• 8+ years in IVD, medical device or life sciences.
• Proven experience in a regulated environment (FDA, IVDR, CE & ISO)
• Deep expertise in leading NPD and product lifecycle programs.
• Strong track record in leading and developing a team of project managers.
