As a Salesforce Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable business solutions in Salesforce CRM. You will be a valued member of the Technology Solutions team and work collaboratively with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
In This Role, You Will
- Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable Salesforce CRM solutions for critical business needs.
- Collaborate with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive technical solutions.
- Develop high-level designs, prototypes, and demonstrate solution architecture.
- Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies such as SCRUM for efficient project delivery.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- 6+ years of strong SFDC hands-on development experience with expertise in designing, developing, architecting, and implementing Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning components, Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, FSC, and APIs.
- Experience in Banking domain; FSC certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with source control and release management tools such as GitHub and Copado.
- Strong knowledge of integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications using REST APIs.
These Will Help You Stand Out
- Salesforce certifications such as PD1, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies like SCRUM.
- Excellent planning, organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop prototypes and demonstrate solution design effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
