Gregg Orr Cadillac GMC in Longview, TX is seeking a hands-on, driven Body Shop Manager to lead our high-performing collision repair team. What You'll Do
As our Body Shop Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the department's success. You will:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate body shop technicians to consistently meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Set and achieve ambitious department goals while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
• Build strong, professional relationships with insurance adjusters and confidently negotiate estimates and approvals.
• Become a trusted partner to customers—earning their loyalty through clear communication, transparency, and exceptional service.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication across all dealership departments.
• Execute creative marketing initiatives to grow the body shop's visibility and repair volume.
• Assess vehicle damage accurately and ensure repairs are completed to the highest standard with minimal rework.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Stay informed on the latest tools, equipment, and industry innovations, recommending upgrades as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

What We're Looking For

• A proven leader with body shop, collision repair, or automotive management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, MVR, drug test, credit report).
• Valid driver's license.
