You'll assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems while learning industry best practices, safety standards, and technical skills that create a strong foundation for a long-term career in plumbing. All current job sites are indoors and heated, providing a comfortable and productive work environment year-round.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on commercial and residential job sites
- Learn proper use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings under supervision
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble piping systems
- Support plumbing work involving fixtures, piping, mechanical equipment, and basic HVAC components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements, pipe sizing, and material quantities
Skills & Qualifications
- Interest in pursuing a career in the plumbing or construction trades
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools (experience preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn blueprint reading and mechanical systems
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical work safely in an indoor construction environment

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
