Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards‑aligned instruction that supports the academic, social, and spiritual growth of all students.
• Create a warm, structured, and joyful classroom environment where every child feels seen and supported.
• Use data and observation to guide instruction, interventions, and enrichment opportunities.
• Model effective teaching practices and classroom management strategies for team teachers.

Qualifications

• Prior classroom experience or student teaching experience.
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Knowledge of childhood development, literacy education, math instruction, and behavior management techniques preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate proactively with families to celebrate growth, address concerns, and strengthen home‑school partnership.
• Experience working with children with diverse needs.
• Skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and using learning technology tools.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior positively while maintaining a nurturing environment.
• Excellent writing skills for documentation, lesson plans, and communication purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching strategies for different learning styles and abilities.

Pay: $25, $50,000.00 per year
