Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes, house standards, and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and equipment.
- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and take appropriate action to promote responsible service.
- Engage with guests to make recommendations, answer questions, and enhance overall experience.
- Restock and rotate bar inventory as needed, ensuring product quality and freshness.
- Perform all side work duties as directed by manager.
- Clean tables and counters in the dining room area.
- Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Excellent communication and costumer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to legally serve alcohol and have valid certification or work cards.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Comfortable with operating a cash register.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
