Compensation from $26 - $28 (based upon experience) - PLUS additional shift differentials

Additional clinical premiums for experience

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time - $3,000 Sign-on Bonus for Part Time

Status/Shift: Full Time Nights: 7pm - 7am

Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required
• CPR certification required
• One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
