Immediate Hire - for a right candidate with previous Dental experience
Position: Front Desk Associate . You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional patient service with core skills in front desk operations and phone etiquette.

Duties:
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations.
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
Check-in and check-out patients ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries, providing information about dental services offered.
A great team player with ability to work well with other team members and join force as a team.
Understanding HIPPA compliance and conform to this rule
Process patient's payments including insurance payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
Assist with other Front Desk team members and coordinate workflow with Dental assistance and Hygienist.
Gathering New Patient intake information, sending out forms for completion and completing new patient folders
Prepare patient treatment plans as outlined by Doctor, prepare the process of treatment with cost and proficiently present to patients to secure the case.
Process dental insurance information completing insurance eligibility and coverages
-Perform general administrative task , such as filing, data entry and patient communication correspondence
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Dental front office OR ready to transition to front desk from dental assisting experience.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
-Strong mathematical skills is required
Ability to provide exceptional patient service and handle difficult situations with professionalism
DENTRIX software knowledge is a plus
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
