Bartender

Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.

Skills

• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Strong hospitality skills to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safe serving of food items.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
