Who We Are Looking For:
We're seeking a skilled Construction Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and teamwork. You know how to read plans, build with precision, and get the job done safely and efficiently. What You'll Do:
- Perform carpentry work per specifications and blueprints.
- Work with project managers to ensure that all work meets design specifications and project timelines to the satisfaction of clients.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to ensure that all work is coordinated and completed efficiently.
- Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all company and industry safety protocols.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and kept in good working order.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of carpentry experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Skilled in carpentry, concrete and roof repairs.
- Proficient with power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods).
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- OSHA-10/OSHA-30 certification (preferred).
