Malkison Company is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. We specialize in Lending, Realty, Insurance, Business Brokerage, and HOA Management, and we're looking for someone who can help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Part-Time (20–25 hours/week) - Schedule:
Flexible, with core hours between 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday) - Start Date:

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage incoming calls and emails
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings
- Assist with document preparation and filing (loan, real estate, insurance, HOA)
- Maintain digital and physical records
- Support client follow-ups and CRM updates
- Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and title companies
- Help with basic bookkeeping, billing, and office supply management
- Provide light marketing support (social media posts,newsletters, listing updates)
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience (real estate, lending, or insurance preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online tools
- Professional, courteous, and dependable
- High school diploma or equivalent required
