Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook, based in Naples, FL. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting meals that adhere to established recipes and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring food preparation areas and kitchen equipment are clean and organized, assisting in meal planning, and maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. The Line Cook will work as part of a collaborative kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience with food preparation and cooking techniques in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Skills in effective time management, attention to detail, and kitchen organization
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and create high-quality dishes
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a hospitality-focused or senior living environment is a plus
• ServSafe certification or equivalent is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
