Join us as a Project Manager to lead critical banking software projects, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with our mission of empowering community banks. This role is based in the Lincoln, NE and offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in the financial technology sector. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer & General Manager, this role will manage strategic projects within the banking and financial services sector, collaborating with cross-functional and technology teams to ensure quality delivery and compliance.

*Education & Experience*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
* Equivalent combination of education and qualified professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
* Relevant certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP are preferred
* Proven success managing banking, financial and strategic technology projects.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana).
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Project Leadership*: Define project goals, deliverables, budgets, and schedules to align with business priorities.
* *Banking Project Management*: Oversee projects in banking operations, compliance, payments, and system integrations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
* *Team Coordination*: Lead cross-functional teams, assign resources, and ensure collaboration across departments.
* *Stakeholder Engagement*: Communicate effectively with staff, executives, and clients to maintain alignment and visibility.
* *Performance Monitoring*: Evaluate progress, manage risks, and adjust strategies as required. Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure quality standards are met.
* *Technology Integration*: Leverage project management software and apply technical insight to enhance delivery efficiency. Strong knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise software, SQL, Oracle, and IT infrastructure. Skilled in Agile, SAFe, Waterfall methodologies, and project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or VersionOne.
* *Risk & Compliance*: Identify regulatory and operational risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
* *Quality Assurance*: Ensure all deliverables meet organizational and industry standards.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
