Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide potential buyers through show homes and development, providing a first-class customer experience
Support clients through every step of the homebuying journey, from enquiry to completion
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity, including checking listings on portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla
Provide regular feedback on competitor pricing, incentives, and marketing campaigns
Contribute ideas for local marketing initiatives and promotional events to boost enquiries and footfall
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in new home sales
A genuine interest in property and a proactive approach to selling
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify market opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and a well-presented, professional manner
Willingness to work weekends and travel to development sites as required
