Building Automation and Controls Engineer 🚀 Join a fast-moving, high-impact automation team and help design and deploy mission-critical ICONICS and GENESIS systems that power advanced commercial and industrial facilities. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale projects where technical expertise directly improves performance, efficiency, and visibility for world-class clients. Your Key Responsibilities ✅ Design, configure, and deploy ICONICS GENESIS v10 and v11 automation platforms ✅ Implement large-scale automation, monitoring, and visualization systems for buildings and industrial environments ✅ Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers on ICONICS architecture and best practices ✅ Integrate sensors, industrial equipment, databases, and enterprise IT systems ✅ Develop dashboards, reports, alerts, and workflows that support real-time decision making ✅ Analyze operational and historical data to optimize system performance ✅ Manage multiple projects while meeting schedules, specifications, and client expectations What You Bring to the Role 🔹 Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in an Engineering discipline 🔹 Five or more years of hands-on deployment experience with ICONICS GENESIS v10 or v11 🔹 Strong experience with industrial and computer networks 🔹 Proficiency with SQL Server and Microsoft operating systems 🔹 Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC, BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP 🔹 Ability to work comfortably in client-facing technical environments 🔹 Eligibility to obtain Federal Security Credentials or CAC clearance 🔹 Preferred experience with Wonderware or other HMI and SCADA platforms 🔹 Preferred exposure to IoT technologies and industrial visualization tools 🔹 Strong communication skills and professional presence What's In It For You 💰 Competitive compensation in the range of $120,000 to $135,000 with flexibility for top talent 🏡 Relocation assistance available for qualified non-local candidates 🌎 Outstanding benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid time off, paid holidays, and long-term career growth in an industry-leading organization Apply Now to Build the Future of Intelligent Automation #NowHiring #AutomationEngineer #BuildingAutomation #BaltimoreJobs #MarylandCareers #ICONICS #SCADA #EngineeringJobs #IndustrialAutomation
