Position Summary The Controller will lead all accounting and financial reporting functions. This role is both hands-on and strategic, partnering closely with senior management to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost control, and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, A/P, A/R, and payroll Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements Manage month-end and year-end close Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts; provide clear financial insights to leadership Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes Mentor and support the accounting team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Previous experience as a Controller or in a senior accounting leadership role Experience with accounting systems and Excel Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain accounting staff Why Join Us Long-tenured employees and a supportive, respectful culture Stable, profitable environment Leadership that values transparency, teamwork, and work-life balance Opportunity to make a meaningful impact without constant turnover or chaos
