Job Description
The Vice President of Growth for PDX is a different type of role. Who can take their business development rigor and apply it to a pillar and holding company level? We are seeking an experienced leader who has a full business development background but can come ready to optimize growth operations plus cross-sell growth efforts.
The right candidate will lead operational requirements for growth that include reporting, managing and creating pitch content and working with other partners across Publicis Groupe to align and pursuit opportunities that expands our agencies' remit. This individual is a direct report to the PDX Chief Growth Officer and will also work on special projects for PDX and/or Publicis Groupe. Responsibilities
- Identifies, leads and tracks cross-selling opportunities across Publicis Groupe with PDX agencies
- Leverages a consultative approach to uncover client, prospect or cross-agency growth issues and/or opportunities.
- Serves as a key contact for growth teams across PDX agencies for operational needs and leads decision for platform/tools usage and allocations, on-boarding, and other resourcing needs
- May partner with senior account leadership across Groupe plus subject matter experts to prepare for individual and multi-agency pitches across Publicis Groupe.
- May lead development and refine the pitch deck content, coordinate leave-behind materials and any unique presentation/meeting needs that may be for an agency, the PDX pillar or at Publicis Groupe level
- Prepares for, leads and holds PDX Growth-led meetings like joint pipeline meetings, prepares and circulates periodic new business status and meeting reports and tracks new business wins/losses.
Qualifications
- Deep previous experience in business development and sales at a holding company and/or digital advertising agency, marketing transformation or digital business transformation consultancy.
- Ability to speak to all levels of internal stakeholder and potentially prospective clients at all levels
- Ability to reach across the cross-functional aisles and the various capability groups across the organization to drive more wins.
- Proven experience in leading a cross-functional team in the pitch/BD process.
- Expert proficiency in writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand macro business issues and articulate value generating opportunities supporting all Publicis Groupe brands and capabilities.
- Extensive experience and comfort with the Salesforce platform, AI solutions and other tools to drive efficiencies

Compensation Range: $146,490 to $230,460 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
