About

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team. You will be managing and analysing data in order to create impactful insights for strategic purposes. This is a pivotal position to bring the business to the next level, you will support our Marketing Teams using analytics to drive better decisions at Perk. What you will do Work with other Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers in our team to use quantitative analysis to help shape Perk's marketing strategy Explore data from different sources, turning it into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions Develop and create metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and assess the impact of new initiatives Bring expertise on channel interaction via multi touch attribution and ideally marketing mix modelling Design experiments and incrementality testing Customer lifecycle, behavioural analysis and segmentation What you need 5+ years of relevant experience interpreting data in data analytics 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English You will need to prove the following You are a Master in data analysis tools (SQL) Experience with statistical packages (Python/R) Experience preparing, transforming, consolidating and normalising data (dbt) Experience with different data visualisation and BI tools (Looker) Storytelling and stakeholder management experience
