Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

What You'll Do
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll be at the heart of our operation—ensuring that every one-of-a-kind creation is delivered safely, accurately, and on time to our valued clients, while also playing a vital role in receiving and organizing incoming materials. You'll join a close-knit group of professionals who bring passion and pride to everything they do, all within a clean, respectful, and collaborative workspace.
Your responsibilities include:
- Following shipping tickets to ensure complete, on-time deliveries
- Organizing and managing shipment records with accuracy
- Expertly packaging finished millwork to maintain quality in transit.
- Upholding strict quality standards for all outbound products
- Receiving materials and unloading delivery trucks, verifying quantities and inspecting quality of incoming goods
- Managing tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Taking on additional responsibilities to support team success
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
- Carpentry/millwork experience (a plus)
- Ability to read architectural drawings/blueprints (a plus)
