Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Design, develop, and implement new or improved manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions and PFDs.
• Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process development and issue resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing operations, or continuous improvement roles.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to optimize processes and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with process data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and process simulation tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab) or process simulation tools
• Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial automation
• Familiarity with MES/ERP systems and their integration in manufacturing operations
