Plumber

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and possess the ability to work effectively on various plumbing projects. This role requires a blend of technical skills, mechanical knowledge, and hands-on experience in both residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks as needed
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or needed repairs
• Collaborate with construction teams on new builds or remodeling projects
• Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing issues

Skills

• Proficient in construction plumbing techniques and practices
• Experience with welding, carpentry, and heavy lifting tasks
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing work
• Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable
• A valid commercial driving license is advantageous but not mandatory
• Maintenance Person experience is beneficial for diverse project requirements
