Position Details:

• Starting Pay: $14/hr (RBT certification earns additional $1/hr raise)
• Client Age Range: 2–22 years old
• Schedule:
• School Year: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Summer: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Minimum availability of 20 hours/week required
• Locations: Clinic-based and in-home sessions available
• Work Type: In-person only
• Not accepting seasonal or summer-only applicants

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and skill acquisition
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors
• Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and document session progress

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass an extensive background check
• Patient, reliable, and passionate about working with children
• Experience with autism or developmental disorders is a plus (but not required)
