We're Hiring: Credentialing Manager
Do you thrive on details, love building efficient processes, and enjoy leading a team toward excellence? We're looking for a Credentialing Manager to join our dynamic and expanding organization

As our Credentialing Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for all things payer enrollment, recredentialing, and provider participation. You'll oversee the full credentialing lifecycle while ensuring we meet compliance standards and support rapid onboarding of new providers and locations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end credentialing process (from initial applications to recredentialing and beyond).
• Manage payer enrollment, PECOS, CAQH, NPPES, and delegated agreements.
• Keep our audit ready by staying on top of NCQA, CMS, and payer regulations.
• Mentor and lead a credentialing team with clear workflows and measurable goals.
• Act as the liaison with insurance plans to resolve issues and keep things moving.
• Report on credentialing status and expirable to ensure zero lapses.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of credentialing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, CAQH, PECOS, NPPES systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bonus points if you have CPCS/CPMSM certification or eyecare industry experience
