Now Hiring: Machine Setup Technician

Location: Sussex, WI
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday from 10:45 PM-7:00 AM

Pay Range: $2.00/hour shift differential

Are you mechanically inclined and thrive in a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for a Converting Setup Technician – Tier One to keep our converting machines running smoothly and efficiently. If you're ready to take ownership of machine performance and contribute to a high-output team, this is the role for you

What You'll Do:

As a Setup Technician, you'll play a critical role in minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput across our converting department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Starting up and preparing all converting machines
• Performing quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Operating roll lifts, hoists, and electric pallet jacks
• Monitoring gas tank levels and ensuring machines are stocked with correct materials
• Running production when machines are operating efficiently
• Assisting operators and fellow technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Supporting 5S initiatives and promoting a clean, organized workspace

What You Bring:

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting
• Basic computer and math skills
• Mechanical aptitude and process control experience
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to work on foot for extended periods
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of setup technician experience
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• LOTO and electric pallet jack certification preferred
