Summary

As a Recruiter at TEAM Wireless, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent to our growing organization. Located in Escanaba, MI, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring that we hire individuals who align with our company values and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Identifying Candidates:

· Using various methods (online job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to find potential candidates.

·Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

· Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

· Conducting initial phone or video screenings to assess qualifications and fit.

Other Tasks:

· Posting job descriptions.

· Maintaining accurate records of candidates and the recruitment process.

· Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Building rapport with candidates and Human Resources.
• Active listening skills: Understanding the needs of both candidates and hiring managers.
• Sales and persuasion skills: Effectively "selling" the company and the job to candidates.
