Optimal Ship is a global logistics company that assists other businesses with shipping worldwide. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that will help our customers with any questions regarding our company, their accounts, quotes, and shipment statuses. Our employees are confident and excellent communicators who are passionate about building relationships with new people and providing world-class service.

Responsibilities:

  • Take an active role in educating customers about our company
  • Answering inbound calls and placing outbound client retention calls
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Presenting and delivering information to clients
  • Handling all client's questions in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Customer service experience
  • Available Monday through Friday
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask while working with customers

Qualifications (Preferred):

  • QuickBooks experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Team player
  • Friendly and willing to solve problems
  • Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
